Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are prohibited. Users may not create, request, share, store, or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM), groom or sexually solicit a minor, facilitate exploitation, or use the service to endanger a child. This applies in private servers and direct messages as well as elsewhere in the app. We may restrict or remove accounts and content involved in violations.

Report a concern

Members can use the Report action on a message or member in the app and describe the concern. A report about a server member is sent to that server's adult owner and administrators. A report about the owner goes to ParklanPalooza platform administrators instead. Reports about messages include the reported message and nearby context. Members can also block another member from direct messaging them.

For a child safety concern, including one involving a server owner, contact safety@parklanpalooza.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not send suspected abuse material by email.

How we handle reports

ParklanPalooza reviews reports routed to its administrators. We can restrict access and preserve relevant report records while investigating a concern. Where required by applicable law, we report suspected CSAM and child sexual exploitation to the appropriate authorities. Private conversations are not continuously monitored, so prompt reporting is important.
