Private servers

Servers are private and invite-only. A confirmed adult owner controls invitations and membership, accepts the Responsible Adult acknowledgment, and agrees to supervise the private group.

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Parklan Palooza. We do not offer accounts for children under 13, and we do not provide parent- or guardian-managed accounts for younger children.

Your date of birth must be accurate

You must give your real date of birth when you create an account. Entering a false date of birth — your own or someone else's — is a violation of these Terms. Your date of birth cannot be changed after your account is created.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, or that an account was created using a false date of birth, we may suspend or permanently close it.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has an account here, please email safety@parklanpalooza.com and we will close it and delete the information held in it.

Age-restricted features

Some parts of Parklan Palooza are limited by age. Members aged 13 to 17 cannot access casino-style games, market and stock information, or billing. Those features are for members aged 18 and over.

Shared responsibility

Owners and members must use available privacy, membership, and safety controls appropriately. ParklanPalooza does not continuously monitor every interaction or guarantee the conduct of invited members.
