Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your ParklanPalooza account and its associated personal data here, even if you no longer have the app.
Send your request
Email us from the address on your ParklanPalooza account. Include that account email and say that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not send your password or payment details.

What happens next
We verify that the request belongs to you before deleting the account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will tell you if more information is needed. We delete associated personal data except records we must keep for legal, security, or billing reasons, as described in our privacy policy.
If you own a private server with other members, we will arrange a safe ownership transfer or closure with you before removing your account. Your request will not silently erase other members' community data. If you have a subscription, we will explain the cancellation steps and any records that must be retained.
